“He let us know up front what the total cost would be and each step of the process, including court dates, documents we would need to provide and/or get notarized, etc. Everything was handled via phone and email, with certain documents eventually being mailed. I don't think I ever called Matt where he himself didn't answer the phone - that is what I call responsive and helpful.”
