Joke law firm. Claims attorneys are experienced and will compensate...run away fast!

It was a horrible experience being this was my first car wreck, I will never again choose Carr & Carr as my attorney; everytime I called them, they never picked up the phone & when they did finally call me back it was literally weeks later, I never really talked to my atty it was always a case manager. One day she called to let me know that she haven't received my medical records, I called the doctors office and they advised me that Carr & Carr had already received them, never again and then finally I settled and she had me believing that once they received the settlement check I could come pick it up, she forgot to advise me that it takes 4 days to clear the bank, horrible!! I should have given them one star because that's how good they are! I hope these reviews are read before you hire them as your atty

They ALWAYS replied to any phone calls or emails I had promptly and made sure I understood fully whatever answer they had for me. I felt like a part of the team on my case rather than an outsider. I would recommend this firm to anyone, especially to someone who has no idea even where to begin!
