I intended on allowing the insurance companies to handle everything after a wreck that was not my fault. After a few months of trying to get my car repaired, and then a year and a half waiting for insurance to pay out for doctor bills I contacted Carr & Carr. They instantly smoothed the process; I should have contacted them sooner! Paperwork and their plan was presented to me at my initial meeting and it was easy to follow along with and explained. I felt very comfortable and was encouraged to ask questions. My thoughts and opinions were taken seriously. Mr. Ventura and Carrie Harris contacted me regularly through email and phone calls as information became available to them. The office staff was courteous and knowledgeable every time I went in.

Tom and his assistant Carrie have been a pleasure to work with. It's been a year long process but they kept me in the loop and looked out for my best interest.

This was our first time dealing with this kind of issue regarding an auto accident as well as a serious injury. Most of our family referred us to Carr & Carr immediately, so we decided to give them a call when we realized that this was going to be a process involving several different aspects - medical bills, issues involving the actual property damage (total loss) of our vehicle, dealing with insurance companies, and anything else that has to do with an event of this magnitude in our lives. On June 12, 2017 I was in an accident that resulted from another person running a stop sign in our brand new car my fiancé and I had just purchased within the last year. Our car was totaled, my right wrist was severely broken, and I was 9 weeks pregnant! The injury called for an emergency surgery and I spent 4 days in the hospital worried about how we were going to deal with everything that had just happened. As if all of that wasn't enough for any normal person to stress about, I was also put out of work for 2 weeks. My fiancé and I didn't know the first thing about dealing with something of this magnitude...so with the referrals of a few family members who had heard great things about Carr & Carr we decided to reach out to them and put it in their hands. The moment we called and let them know we had no way of getting to their office after what had just happened, Tammy drove down to the hospital to visit with us about the process. This was the first sign telling me we had made the right decision. From day one our care and well being was the most important to them. They really go above and beyond to show that they are for their clients. A few others from Carr and Carr that helped throughout the entire process include our actual attorney Brian Williams, receptionist Lisa Grider, Carmen Mach, & Carrie Harris. We can not thank you guys enough for making our personal problems a priority especially at a very life altering moment for us. Also thank you for teaching us how to deal with something like this and for being patient anytime I'd call crying. The process only took three months to get wrapped up and this is all because of the efforts of the team at Carr and Carr! I'm now 6 months pregnant with a healthy baby girl and things are finally starting to come together, thank you is an understatement! All of the employees here have helped me every step of the way. I had an accident two years ago, and I wanted to just let the insurance company handle it, but it wasn't working. I was getting close to the time that I was allowed, which was 2 years, and I decided that it was time to get help. I tried other places to get help way before my cut off point, but no one was willing to help because I only had liability for my vehicle. The accident was in no way my fault, and I also had two children with me during the time of the accident. If it wasn't for the office/employees at Carr&Carr, I would most likely have not gotten anything from the responsible party. Carrie has always been there for me, answered every question and concern of mine. She kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my case, and made sure that me and my children got the information we needed. If this every happens to me again, or to anyone I know, I will not wait that long again, and I will definitely be using them. A major thank you to Tom and Carrie!

Mr. Ventura was overly cavalier throughout the process. Over the course of about four or five months, I only spoke with him three times. I was provided false information about insurance reimbursement and although I was assured all my bills were paid out of the settlement, over a year later I'm still receiving unpaid bills from the date of the accident. The staff, however, was undeniably pleasant and my attorney's assistant (Carrie) was a peach! She helped me out with all my questions and made me feel welcome when Mr. Ventura was too busy to bother with me. I would only recommend this office if you are able to research and choose your own representation from their team.

They are liers and they want things their way or they will not work your case. They never worked my case they just wanted my car and not to win my case I am still dealing with pain and lost wages for Carr&Carr

Carrie and Mr. Ventura worked so hard on my case. It wasn't easy by any means and it's been a long journey. They were always there to answer any questions or calm my nerves. If you are in need of an accident attorney give them a call!!!

Carrie the assistant and Tom are phenomenal!!!! My first major accident and I couldn't of been in better hands. They keeped me updated on the entire case the entire time. Carrie was wonderful answered all my emails etc..I was so stressed about the case and on top of my injuries had me in a depression Carr and Carr kept me relaxed and worried free.
