Good guys and extremely smart!!!!

I was in an accident in October of 2019. I was rear ended and ended up leaving the scene in an ambulance before the police could get there, assured they would come find me. That was not the case. Instead the other driver told the police I left the scene “in another vehicle” and no police report was filed. You can imagine where I was mentally at that point. I google searched lawyers and filled out a form to have a couple contact me so I could just ask some questions. John Branum personally called me on a Sunday afternoon with his kids and family in the background and listened to all of my story. He didn’t have to do that, he could have waited until Monday but he didn’t he called, and because he took time out of his day to listen to me and not just give me his legal jargon, I chose to use his firm for my “case.” I never saw or met John in person after that but I never felt the need to! His staff and other attorney’s (Jessica in particular) took care of me, answered my ridiculous questions, and helped me to get my case resolved. It wasn’t quick, it wasn’t something I could have or would have been able to negotiate in my own, but they were successful and for that I am grateful. John, I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH, for taking time on a Sunday afternoon in October to listen to me vent about an accident and all the frustration and confusion that came along with it! Your office, Janet, Sara, Jessica, and countless others whose names escape me currently have been nothing less than professional and kind when dealing with me and answering my often dumb questions as we traveled on this journey together. It was a journey no one wanted to be on and yet they continued to carry me through it! While I’m happy it’s over and I can begin to move forward, I’m sad to part ways with Branum Law Firm. I hope to never need you again- but will keep you locked in my contacts forevermore and have you at my fingertips if a need arises. Thank you, thank you, thank you again for all your help!

I will recommend Jay Mitchell and his associates to anyone unfortunate enough to be involved in a car accident. The first time I called this practice was early on a Saturday morning.
