I have not had the pleasure of employing this individual but I have had the experience of dealing with him on the opposing side on several occasions. He has shown to be unethical by lying to the courts and by altering documents and the truth or not allowing the truth to be heard. Also he partners with his wife to file false affidavits and has been used for a personal vendetta to both me and my husband by his client which he obliges. I had a vpo hearing with his client for harassing stalking and threatening myself and my husband for three years. His client decided to threaten my life, blackmail my husband, and endanger my daughter. He had made a deal with my lawyer to drop the vpo to an agreed order that I or my husband was not aware of. His client then filed a frivolous contempt on my husband for retaliation and one on myself for trying to visit my own husband with our daughter. This man is perfect for the corrupt and indecent individuals that employ him and he finds ways outside of the law to get a win in court. Filing a bogus vpo and saying one thing in one court but when in another his client has done the same thing filing a completely different motion in the other court. Anything to win. And they leave smiling. My husband now faces jail Tim when he is mentally ill and unable to hold a job because of his clients ill intent to hurt us and he loves to play dirty just like his client. Even sending his wife to call and threaten the other sides clients. He isnt just a bad lawyer for good clients but also a bad sportsmanship in court with someone else's clients. He should be repremended or have his license revoked.
