If 10 star reviews existed.. I promise you I would give it. I went through a very abnormal guardianship case that was put over my son and I filed to terminate.. however it seemed clear to me that I was going to need further help. I called several attorneys in the county of which it was filed and they all quoted me a $4,000-$6,000 retainer. After doing more research I found Knight, Stockton, & Cunningham. I gave my information on their website late in the evening and received a call from Conner Ciesla the next morning. I explained my case to him and he automatically gave me the hope and faith I needed to continue fighting for my son. The retainer was very flexible and they allowed me to make payments, still allowing me to do so now, and he began working on my case. The timing of everything was not ideal due to it being the last week of December, but Conner pushed through and worked hard for me. He gave me straight advice and never beat around the bush about anything. In January he fought for my visitation and that was a win for us. Our next court date was March 11th and Conner was ready to advocate and fight for me in any way he could. We ended up settling on terms, to which I got to pick, and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Due to all of Conners hard work and strive he had, I can gladly say that the unnecessary guardianship over my son is said and done and I get to have my baby back. A big hats off to him. I don’t think it would have been possible without him. I highly recommend Conner Ciesla from Knight, Stockton, & Cunningham. All of their assistants work hard as well to answer every call coming within a ring or two. Can’t get into the office? No problem! They have a portal called “Clio” that gives you access to send a message at any time of the day, as well as uploading documents and allows you to make payments easily. They are highly persistent on checking the messages first thing in the morning. They get back to you fast and connect you with your lawyer as soon as you need it. If you ever need help go to their website to fill out a forum and they will be in contact with you in a short notice! Thank you KSC and thank you Conner!!❤️

Thomas Cunningham was professional, easy to speak with, and always able to answer my many questions. Thomas and his colleagues truly took all of the guesswork out of the legal process for my family. This office - Conner specifically - was recommended by a good friend of mine. Conner provided a consultation at no charge, and had a very reasonable charge when action was needed. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and overall extremely helpful. I hope to never need legal council for the rest of my life, but if I do, he will be my first call.

I personally would not recommend using this law firm. The staff is made up of people that are by far some of the rudest and most condescending people that i have ever done business with. Instead of explaining the answer to a question like an adult they instead will just hang up and then lie to the lawyer as to why they did so. This would be you Dusty. They make obvious mistakes and then want to charge you more to fix them. They did not do things as they promised and then come up with multiple excuses to try and cover up their own ineptness. Just because a customer needs an attorney does not make them stupid. This is a concept this office just cant grasp. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional office. Use at you own risk. You will be treated with disrespect and derision.

They are very rude and would not help me at all!!!!! Would not even talk to me and they said that there was nothing they could do for me. Would not recommend them to anyone. Absolutely uncalled for!!!!
