“I had given them addresses of my spouse's employment and addresses where I thought my spouse could be living. I called the secretary several times to tell her I had seen my spouse's vehicle regularly at a specific location but it became obvious later that the process server had never served my spouse the summons at the location which was approximately three blocks from Ms.Lorbiecki's law office.”
