Frank is an exceptional attorney. He always returns phone calls in a timely manner, genuinely cares about his clients and fights diligently for them. I highly recommend him.

Glad they are closed.They definitely worked to keep getting your money all the while doing nothing for you. Cost of everything was well overpriced. Rude, non caring and money hungry. Shameful! Careful I've heard she's actually out there practicing somewhere. Several people I know were taken by her including myself, and my family. Hope she's been barred from coming back to Stillwater.

Jimmy Oliver of Delacerda and Oliver is no longer allowed to practice law in Oklahoma. As of 07-19-2022. Their offices were closed for good reason as they were fraudulent in many activities that amounted to fooling the public into believing they were "the best attorney's in the state". If they were "the best attorney's in the state" their caseload wouldn't have dropped drastically since 2017, they wouldn't have had to lie and take a PPE Loan, and their offices would be open to the public. The facts are, they were con's. The have been sued in fed court, and are being sued for wrongful death among other tort claims to include interference with investigations, forced adoptions, to include fraud on court. They did not help the communities they practiced in, they destroyed the trust in court and ruined families. If you used their services then chances are your children need counseling from persons interdependent of the city of Stillwater.

I really hope that no one ever goes to this man for help he could careless about you or your family. All He care about is money and not the well being of your child. My life is soo mess up now because all he wanted was to get me child support that I didn't want and now that it's all said and done Im still not even getting it . But to him it was soo important that I get it , he made me give up my summer with my son and wouldn't even try to fight in court . He is awful and I really hope no one els has to deal with all craziness I've been though dealing with him .

He is a liar. He tells you one thing makes you think he is a great lawyer you pay for everything he asks for.. jump through all the hoops ,ring the bells.. and then the day of your court date he just flakes .. totally flips his behavior starts downgrading you and you case. And compromises worse than if you didn't even have a lawyer.. He's a chicken who wont fight for what is right and doesn't care what kids get hurt as long as he has his friends in the courts approval. Please save your money and find a real lawyer to help you.
