Called Plank Law firm and they took our physical address down to give us information on how to pay towards an account with them. We kindly asked if they could email information after giving a physical address and they said "sorry our email is actually down" she sounded very snarky and unhelpful.

glad to hear i’m not the only one who’s phone calls are not getting answered. my wages are getting garnished as well for student loans. God forbid i want a higher education or want better for myself. i moved into my first apt last month and my job is already cutting hours. i have no food in my fridge and have already been threatened with eviction yet i still get declined when i ask for exemption. God forbid i want to feed myself or be able to afford toothpaste. this firm had me send a list of my expenses so they can dispute the percentage they’re taking from me. they declined the first time and had me send it again, now all of a sudden there’s no response back at all. really helpful. real evil. a word of advice: go to your small claims court and file for hardship. hope this helps somebody out there

you people are ridiculous. this law firm makes its money from pursuing lawsuits towards students of NOC. they threaten to garnish your wages and then refuse to answer the phone so you can make any form of payment. i have called and left messages multiple times and won’t hear back for weeks but what I WILL hear is that you people are filing documents with the courts to garnish my wages when you people refuse to answer the phone or give consumers the ability to pay via an online portal. either close your doors or get it tf together

He is easy to talk with and understood what we were wanting the legal document to cover. He sent us a draft within 3 days. We approved it and had a final signed document within a week.
