Mr. Garrett and his staff were incredibly competent and impressionable from the first meeting to even after the bankruptcy was final. They made what could be a very difficult event in life less stressful and impressively smooth. They genuinely care about the struggles you are going through and go above and beyond to be kind and supportive. Although I hope I don’t personally need their services again in life, I will recommend them to even my closest friends and family.

Mr Garrett was very helpful. I had a garnishment taken out of my bank account and within a week he had my money back to me. I am now filing bankruptcy and i wouldnt want anyone else handling my case than Mr Garrett. His secretary Maegan is amazing as well. She responded to my calls and emails the same day!

Mitchell helped me through the tough 5 year battle of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. His staff and himself were always quick to help me with questions or problems i had through out this long journey. All I can do is base my opinion on my experiences with Mitchell Garrett. Both times I have needed his help, he has come through gangbusters! He answered the phone when I called and was very upfront with everything. I was fortunate enough to have both of my situations(years apart) turn out better and faster than I expected. He has been a true problem solver and he has saved me more money, in the long run, than I could have ever expected. I have also recommended him to others with positive results. Mr. Garrett works very hard for his clients, and gets the job done. I contacted his office on a Thursday afternoon, and he very quickly put together a strategy plan that we went over the very next morning. This is the second time I have hired Mr. Garrett and he has always treated me with dignity and respect. He is reasonably confident and not your ordinary attorney. After my car accident I contacted Garrett Law Firm as my insurance company was not helpful at all.
My attorney got $2,000 more out of my totaled car within a week. My insurance company had been giving me the run around.
The law firm guided me on what steps I needed to do to be checked out as far as my injuries.
They were very helpful.
I also received a settlement in the end.
