“Simple process right...NO I guess not for this firm....so I called to get them to withdraw from my case and unfortunately she had to take a leave for a surgery I understand that life happens. What I am upset about is I have no idea who this attorney is and why she was given my case after I stated that I was no longer going to use the firm, and why do I have to wait a month to get a withdraw when I never hired this attorney in the first place.”
