After searching for best DUI attorney for my friend we came across Graham. Put a retainer down. Parson showed up to every court date. Pushed dates out for a while, for which we are thankful rest was just a joke! If you are wanting to be pushed and talked into guilty plea on all counts, hire him immediately. Mr. Graham I heard you are very prideful man hopefully having your name on this case doesn't hurt. Wish you could have actually represented my friend in court as it was planed. Reply: "Ill-informed," "clueless," "should be thankful?" Very narcissistic way to address a negative review. Thank you for the reminder of his 20, 19, 18 and 13 year old cases, which were ether deffered or dismissed. We didn't realize you prefer to work with clients with no prior offenses. Our apologies. My review still stands. Hired Graham, Parsons showed up to every court date. Grahams name is one the case. We are very disappointed with outcome especially after consulting with several attorneys after.

Absolutely horrible service. For mother attorney. drags out the process to pad his pockets. doesn’t communicate. Won’t return calls or texts. Paralegal will tell you one thing then Charles will do the opposite. If you have money left in your account you can bet he will prolong the process to use up that money. Files one paper per month. Talks about all the great things mothers can do and ignores the father’s abilities and desires. If you are a father, DO NOT USE CHARLES.

Talked to many firms about my case and Parsons, Grahm & Day had the quick realistic timeline than others. What should of been 6-8 months or less turned into 15 months and still going. In the beginning of the year they had a rude employee answering phones like she ran the whole place and refused me to contacting anyone about follow ups and told me to stop calling back so much. They seem like they can not keep employees and my case is being handed off to anyone and nothing is being done because they have to catch up or figure out what im missing when i sent over everything they asked for. I don't know who the next person is until I call and they say "they no longer work here or they are on leave". I've been waiting for my case to be finalized since April and now it's December. Now I'm getting "Its the holidays" what a joke!!
