Matthew Day was assigned to my case as a public defender, because I am disabled and could not afford an attorney. This is a family and domestic case. I posted an ugly review, because I repeatedly left email messages and did not receive answers. Apparently he Googled himself, because he emailed me, finally, telling me he was withdrawing from my case. He had treated me as if I were guilty. He would not listen to me. I couldn't get answers. I should have stood by my first review, but I changed it to appease him. This is the adjusted review. My new attorney was excellent!

Matt Day truly went above and beyond to advocate for my best interests. He worked tirelessly on my behalf, ensuring that my rights were protected and that I received a favorable outcome. In addition to his legal expertise, he showed genuine empathy and compassion towards my situation. He took the time to understand my concerns and provided much-needed support during a challenging time.

Isaiah Parsons handled my case. He answered my questions by emails and phone calls. He was able to get the case dismissed.

I normally don't leave reviews (good or bad) but i wanted to take the time to thank Isaiah Parsons for going above an beyond for me in my DUI case. He got me the best deal of anyone else with a like case. He is very patient even when he didn't need to be and even worked around my payments. He is very sincere and won't feed you a bunch of b.s.. thank you 1000 times for your help. I pray to never need an attorney again, but if I do, it will be this law firm.

Not impressed.

Super shady law office. My divorce case was just sitting there for about over a year before they decided to work on it. At 7 months in I called to see why the child support computations had never been filed and nothing was being done on my case. they never called back or communicated whatsoever. I waited a month then called a third time wondering why the child support was never filed. they called back and said it had been filed it in the wrong box. I was told multiple times we would have a finalized order by October. This is the end of December, still no child support & absolutely no attempts to contact me or work on my case. We agreed on everything & it was a very low-conflict case so I asked them if they could get this over with because they hadn’t done anything at all in 8 months. Their response was they could not work on it because my husbands lawyer wanted more money from him. 4 months later (at this point I had hired Matthew over a year ago) they asked me for all my financial documents for child support AGAIN because they lost everything & never filed the child support order. It’s pretty obvious they absolutely do not care if the kids involved are taken care of. Last I heard from them 4 months ago they said $1600 of my $2500 retainer had been used. Nothing had been filed & had not heard from them whatsoever. Today, I told them my husband and I reconciled. Now all of a sudden they are saying that the rest of my retainer can’t be refunded because they have been working on my case (last time I spoke to them 4 months ago they said they couldn’t work on it?) & need the remaining $900 to file a dismissal. I told them not to worry about it because my husbands attorney was going to file the dismissal. So they got upset, kept my money anyways, withdrew themselves from the case & sent me my first invoice ever showing me they charged me for the withdrawal from the case & all they ever got from me is a $100 retainer 😂 it says I owe them $131.25. Even their billing department has no clue. Oh and they decided to be more petty charging me for the time it took them to upload that invoice to their app & charged $150 for the phone call that took them less than 5 mins to tell me why they haven’t worked on my case in a year lol I just laughed & thought if they are trying that hard to keep my money they must be desperate 😂 $2500 just to have a couple paralegals tell me why they can’t work. Only met my lawyer 1 time & never completed 1 thing on my case except a withdrawal from my case. Extremely dishonest, lazy, incompetent & rude law office.

I hired Isiah Parsons for a DUI case. I had a lot of anxiety about the situation, but he made me feel comfortable. Everything worked out the way he explained. I would hire him again.
