Three years ago, I was facing a custody battle for my 3 year old son. I had just learned about what his mother and her significant other were involved in. My son was looking at a future that would put him in the home of a Methamphetamine addict and drug dealer. I contacted Jeff, and he was able to retain me and establish an emergency custody that ultimately led to full custodial rights. This is a BIG change as a general rule of thumb for fatherly custodial rights. It is the little things that speak volumes about this legal team. The secretary watched over my son while I met with Jeff, and another assistant watched him while we met for the Emergency Hearing, shortly after. If it wasn’t for his timely involvement, it is terrifying to think where my son would be today. Thank you Jeff, and thank you to the entire Hensley team.
