The experience that I had with this agency was terrific! Very efficient and overall understanding and caring also effective. Through unfortunate circumstances, my ex was granted legal custody of our daughter. He is only allowing me to see her 4-5 days, sometimes w/out a single visit, every a month. This is based off his and his gf’s conveniency, without any mediation or documentation from the courts. Negotiations are out of the picture, I’ve tried. He fails to see her needs and has yet to make our daughter’s priorities number 1, let alone, HER the number 1 priority! My daughter is in a stage where emotional development can be confusing, especially without consistent engagement of both parents. Already, her behavior has changed due to him alienating me, and here are just a few examples. Ex.1: crying, screaming, and gripping without letting go of me at drop off (and the gf saying, it was because her shoe wasn’t on correctly). Ex.2: She used to cuddle with me and couldn’t fall asleep without doing so, now she’s physically distant and less cheery. Ex.3 Talks about the gf and daddy fighting, and alarming info that he is getting intoxicated. There’s more, but I think I’ve made my case. Now we get to Matt Day. Thank goodness my mom found his advertisement. He has shown me he’s a professional at what he does, especially on child custody/divorce cases. Matt Day has voiced his experience with the many cases he has represented similar to mine and the outcomes. I am pleased to give Mr. Day my case and have faith he will provide a safe, loving and thriving environment for my daughter, while granting me, as her mother, my deserved parental rights.
