We have relied on Mary Bundren for legal advice for our HOA for the past four years. Our Board of Directors are volunteers from the membership who don’t have extensive legal backgrounds. Mary has helped us immensely with our governing documents, provided information on state regulatory requirements, helped us with the fiduciary implementation of our covenants, and provided legal consultation, as needed.
