Horrible negotiators… They will tell you things that are not factual specially the definition of a judgment… saying it’s not a big deal. Only my opinion.

I would like to take the time to talk about Howard Berkson. I was referred to him through another law firm who were honest enough to bypass my business and send someone who could help me. I had a 3 year fight ahead of me against a powerful opponent, but Howard handled the case with expert knowledge, professionalism, brutal honesty, and great care. I would have him on my attorney team anytime. He is not only knowledgeable, but he understands the ins and outs of the legal system, and how to navigate the nuances of case law.
