Charles Kania made me feel welcomed. I walked into his office and he was very inviting. Very knowledgeable and thorough regarding the law and the road ahead. Their wasn't an air of arrogance. I really felt like he cared and was gonna be there to help me, His client. There is always apprehension regarding the law and as soon as I sat down he said, don't be nervous. Sit down and relax. Glad I made the decision to call.

DO NOT VISIT THIS FIRM! Their "free" consultation isn't free! I gave them money towards case & have been trying to pay remainder of retainer but being a single mom I wasn't able to. Relocating outside of the area now & only received 25% of my money back from them even though they did absolutely NOTHING regarding case. They never even returned phone messages left regarding info needed for case. Do your research, their are cheaper, more honest attorneys out there.

My family and I have personally used the services of Charles Kania's Law Office several times. And whether it was Charles or Zachary the care and results were exemplary. I've used other law firms in the past and have been treated like a case number and "bank deposit". Not here. They answered or returned every call, text and/or email promptly.
Nothing was "stupid" question and I always came away with a better understanding of the situation.

Charles Kania owner and operator of the firm, I have known him for a long time. Whenever I have ever had a legal problem he is the one I would call. I have used him many times for a wide variety of legal issues and have never been disappointed or felt cheated. Easy to work with on payment arrangements etc. Very aggressive for you I will never use another lawyer again. "Get Kania in your corner!"

Honesty, integrity, and fierce would describe Charles and the Kania Law Office. As a fellow lawyer in the community, I have worked with the Kania Law Office on several cases. In each case he adheres to the principles of professionalism towards both his clients and his colleagues. His name is on a very short list of attorneys that I would refer anyone to.
