The absolute worst lawyers in Tulsa I would not hire them to wipe the mud off my shoes. They will tell you one thing and do another and then when it comes down to helping you like a lawyer, should they will shrug their shoulders and look at you like you’re stupid, another thing they will take your money then laugh in your face. If I could give all zeros I would.

I needed information from my bankruptcy case from 2020! I called at 8am, and Charles answered on the first ring while waiting for court to start! He told me exactly what I needed to do, I followed his instructions and got exactly what I needed taken care of! I highly recommend this office. They didn’t have the typical I’m too busy for you attorney attitude, I was very thankful for the fast, effective help I received today!

Hired this law firm to handle my sons divorce and child custody worst decision I have ever made. My son filed for divorce so you would think the ball would be somewhat in our court jad tons of evidence that the mother wasnt good. Zachary allowed her attorney to draft everythibg. I am still trying to figure out what all the mobey was for. He didnt do anythibg for us but take our money. We have now hired another lawyer my son went to Zach's office asking for his files and all his evidence he has collected and was told it has been shredded. I am pretty positive they are to keep it for 5 years and its only been a year. Stay away from these guys they will rob you blind

So disappointed with this law firm. I am going through a probate and this company gave me no direction. They took my retainer fee but after that I never got needed information. Family, friends and other professionals gave me important steps to follow. I would send an email with questions and nothing but silence. When you pay someone a lot of money for a service you expect good communication. None from this company. I ended up getting a new lawyer and they did more in one day than this company did in 3 months. Everyone around me suggested I get a new lawyer and although it cost me more money it was worth it. I do not recommend this law firm.

Needed an attorney I looked around and found kania law office. I had a tribal case and they did wonders affordable very professional and communicated with me about everything Charles and Kelly were awesome I would recommend them if you have any legal issues don't fight it yourself get a team of professionals on your side lord forbid anymore legal issues pop up in my life I know exactly who I will be calling.

Worst ever i was in a criminal case and I paid a good amount of money up front to mister Charles kania. He gave it to Kelly Sweeny and failed to tel me I was hiring some one other than him. She didn't call me or email me no communication for 4 months we went to court and she didnt do anything but request discovery. She failed to get evidence and she didnt communication with D.A office and after those 4 long months she quit because I didn't take her advice. I thought she worked for me and that I didn't have to. But she didnt even ask me what the story was or anything. Crazy they stole $ from me she didn't do her job and I know she didn't spend the funds I gave her they are SCAMMING PEOPLE
