Having dealt with the firm on more than one occasion I have an opinion born from a more longitudinal viewpoint. Attorney Barkett had to mount a defense against a particuarly touchy state gov't regulatory board. Given who i was up against, I am fortunate he was there for me. Staff is also courteous,kind, and non-judgemental

Do NOT go here!!!! I have a slip and fall case that happened last year, December 26th, 2015. I immediately started seeking help through this lawyer. He told me to continue treatment and continue doing whatever I needed to get better, raking up the bills to over $10,000. The only time I talked to him was one time when I met him. I went in to tell him about what had happened. Everytime I called I got the same answer from the receptionist. If I ever asked to talk to Michael the receptionist always said he's with a client or let me put you to his voicemail. I called several times, left messages and didn't once talk to Michael himself in almost a year! It's been almost a year and no progress and yesterday I recieved all my paperwork in the mail saying they won't be doing my case anymore and they lost staff and won't be filing suit like they said they would if they got denied by insurance. These people run you in circles, have no answers. I would go months without calling or talking to them so they could do their job and nothing was ever done. This place is a joke!! Save your time and find someone else!! I should of known not to use him the day I went in and he said he needs to hurry because he had to leave to a gymnastic meet. He should of not wasted my time snd told me at the beginning he didn't want to take the time to deal with my case!
