Folks, do not waste your time if your civil insult or civil/corporate matter occurred in a State near or bordering Oklahoma. You will not even get past the front desk personnel of this esteemed law firm. The lady answering the phone continued to respond to my requests to answer a couple of inquiries by saying, "If your case occurred in Texas you will have to get an attorney in the Republic of Texas. This old gentleman now understands, begrudgingly accepts and shall follow the Federal government's regulations pertaining to law firms and their councilors in our great country. Just a friendly suggestion. One that will hopefully save you and perhaps your firm along with the personnel of this law firm a bit of wasted time. Respectfully and with a heavy heart, G. J. Nobody likes divorce! Jim McGough made ours so easy and has also helped us out with problems we have had with the EX. He is always there to help and gives honest, true advice. We are also planning to adopt through the foster care system and he will be my first call when we have the chance for a baby!

I have used Jim McGough for a number of items. My mother when she was diagnosed with dementia had numerous properties Jim prepared my dad's will and drafted a power of attorney. Everything went very smoothly and in a timely manner. He also did a couple of cases for family members that dealt with criminal law and the outcomes were better than I could have imagined! Through stupidity and human error they were facing having their licenses revoked and other charges filed. He took care of everything!!!He has a great sense of humor, style and communicates on a level everyone can understand instead if the legalese that you get from some attorneys. On every case he has performed for us, he has been most professional, courteous, and the cost has been very reasonable. Don't delay in preparing for your family needs until it's facing you, your family deserves an attorney who can prepare for the worst and hopefully it never happens.
