Mr. Vaught, in my opinion, is a terrible lawyer. I cam back from a military activation in Iraq disabled. Mr. Vaught failed to file suit against my former employer, American Airlines. We were given the right to sue letter from the Department of Labor under American Disabilities Act. He missed the filing deadline. He than stated in an e-mail that I do not have any other alternative because AA filed for bankruptcy. I knew better, I discharged his service and filed a complaint under USERRA (Law protecting Guards and Reserve Military Members) and won a decision from the DOL investigator. Now it is at the Department of Justice level.
