Win! Win! Win! Win! Win! Win! Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Money Bigots and misogynistic jerks There’s some sort of Jacob and Esau Story going on with the four brothers. That I desperately want to get to the bottom of….. NOT! Who cares?!?! They need to get along with their family. They need to start going to church. One time I was in there and some the books were upside down and not in alphabetical order. They ran out of diet soda. I felt really manipulated. I am a paying customer. I demand justice. And justice for all. I am below poverty level because I have taken a vow poverty with my conformation to the Episcopal Diocese. So, my friend/attorney, Oleg calls me mentally unstable. It really hurts my feelings. I am going to have to bill for my legal research. I’m tired of arguing with these clowns. I think they need to go to a NAMI class, before I petition Judge Pace to make them do it. They used to be really great people. They hate my IQ of 160. I pray they find solace. My testimony is a story of redemption and recovery. I have advocated for the voiceless and the orphaned. My sister lost her mother to mental illness. It’s criminal to not help the lambs that can’t defend themselves. There’s a 2% chance that someone can make it passed the age of 40… with a mental illness. I’m thankful their daughters still have their mothers. I demand some maturity! I demand inclusivity and Justice for all!

I reached out to these folks for a medical malpractice/negligence case that has impacted my life a great deal. I had a consultation with Ryan and Brooke in May/June and I signed a medical records release form so they could request my records. Ryan said he was going to Europe and will be working while he’s there so he will review my case then and let me know if he thinks he can get it done. Well, the statute of limitations was at the beginning of August and from the time I met with them to the statute of limitations date I had called many times, sent several emails, left voicemails and they didn’t even have the decency to let me know they weren’t taking my case. This is not the type of situation where someone should take a hint if the calls aren’t returned because it’s very common that it takes a while for attorneys to return phone calls which is why I kept my faith for a while there. Just do what you say and say what you mean, people! Not that hard to be a decent human being. You’re supposed to be part of the solution, not the problem. These people are clearly not in the business of helping people and i’m sure if my case was a “slam dunk” they would’ve been all over it. This way of handling business is unprofessional and unethical. Due to their carelessness and inconsideration my statute of limitations ran out and this is in fact ILLEGAL!

I was hit 65 mph head on by a drunk driver on one of the largest highways in the United States, and I knew I had to change attorneys when my first one didn’t think it was a policy limit case. I knew I had to find someone who believed in my situation. Oleg Roytman was the right person to call. Him and his friendly assistant Amy was always there. Not only did he get policy limits but he got all of them without any issues. I’m beyond grateful to have him take my case. Best decision I’ve made since getting married and having kids. I highly recommend Oleg Roytman if you are ever in an unfortunate situation. He will take care of you without a doubt in my mind. Thanks again to Oleg and Amy, you all helped my family and I more than you can know.

Leslie is a honest, fair, and thorough attorney. She thinks way ahead and she is always prepared. I cannot say enough great things about her. Leslie works extremely hard and will take on a challenge, even when the odds of winning the case are against her. She will read and research the laws and case laws until she wins the case. Leslie charges a fair fee and does not over charge. She is excellent when it comes to writing legal documents that need to be filed in court. I recommend this lawyer for family law.

Mr. Magee has represented and advised me in many aviation and personal issues. These issues include my parents trust, an FAA violation and an aircraft accident. His opinions and advice are spot on. His settlement suggestions for each case we've been involved in have been very close to the final outcome. If required, I will not hesitate to use Mr. Magee again.

I'm self employed in construction (a combination the IRS finds exceptionally nefarious apparently) and during the first phone interview I had with my auditor I was accused of hoarding cash under the mattress. Without any substantiation, she decided I had a $100,000 tax bill. She was rude, demanding and hostile. After a handful of sleepless nights, I hired Cliff Ribner. I read the first letter he sent to the auditor and knew I had hired the best! My initial tax burden of $106,000 turned into a couple thousand dollars. He's a great attorney.

Can a Lawyer Represent Me in Courts Outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma?

Whether a lawyer can represent you in courts outside of your city or state depends on their licensure and the jurisdiction of the court:

  • Within the Same State:
Lawyers licensed in a particular state can typically practice anywhere within that state, including all cities and counties. They can represent you in both state and federal courts located in that state.
  • Outside of Their Licensed State:
If your case is in a different state, the lawyer must be licensed in that state to represent you. However, there are exceptions:
    • Pro Hac Vice Admission: An out-of-state lawyer can request special permission to represent a client in a specific case in another state. This requires filing a motion with the court and often working in conjunction with a local attorney.
    • Federal Courts: If your case is in federal court, a lawyer licensed in any state may be able to represent you, provided they are admitted to practice in that particular federal court.
  • International Representation:
For cases outside the United States, different rules apply, and the lawyer may need to comply with the foreign country's legal requirements or collaborate with local counsel.

It's important to discuss your specific situation with the lawyer to determine if they can represent you in the desired jurisdiction and what steps may be necessary to do so.

How to Check the Credibility of a Lawyer

Before hiring a lawyer, it's crucial to verify their credibility and ensure they're qualified to handle your case:

  • Verify Their License:
Check with your state's bar association to confirm the lawyer is licensed and in good standing. Most state bar websites have an online directory for this purpose.
  • Experience and Specialization:
Ensure the lawyer specializes in the area of law relevant to your case. Review their website, professional profiles, and case history.
  • Disciplinary Record:
Look up any history of disciplinary actions or complaints through the state bar association's records.
  • Client Reviews and Testimonials:
Read reviews on legal directories like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Google, or Yelp to gauge client satisfaction and experiences.
  • Professional Memberships:
Membership in professional organizations or specialty bar associations can indicate a commitment to their field and adherence to high ethical standards.
  • Awards and Recognitions:
Honors from reputable organizations reflect expertise and a positive reputation in the legal community.
  • Consultation Assessment:
Use the initial consultation to evaluate their communication skills, responsiveness, and willingness to address your concerns.
  • Ask for References:
A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients who can speak to their abilities and professionalism.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most of your initial meeting with a lawyer, come prepared with:

  • Relevant Documents:
Bring all documents related to your case, such as:
    • Contracts or agreements
    • Correspondence (emails, letters, texts)
    • Legal notices or court papers
    • Financial records (if applicable)
    • Evidence (photos, videos, receipts)
  • Written Summary:
Prepare a concise written summary of your situation, including key dates, events, and parties involved. This helps the lawyer quickly understand the context.
  • List of Questions:
Write down any questions you have about your case, the legal process, fees, or the lawyer's experience.
  • Financial Information:
If your case involves financial matters, bring relevant documents like pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, or invoices.
  • Contact Information:
Provide details of any witnesses or other parties relevant to your case, including their names and contact information.
  • Personal Identification:
Bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
  • Pen and Notebook:
Take notes during the consultation to remember important points discussed.
  • Budget Constraints:
Be ready to discuss your budget and any financial limitations so the lawyer can provide appropriate guidance on fees and payment options.
  • Openness and Honesty:
Be prepared to discuss your case candidly. Full disclosure allows the lawyer to give accurate advice and anticipate potential challenges.
