The whole experience from being in a car accident the not knowing who to turn to or what to do is frustrating at lest. The team at Jeff Martins are great! They call to see how your doing and to update you with information. once my case went to court as stressful as that is I was totally at ease do to the attorney even when having to go more then once do to unfortunate circumstances my attorney was great, thoughtful ,and very kind. I’m very thankful and satisfied would recommend there office to anyone that wants the right people on there side!

Receptionists don't know how to do their job and will hang up on you apparently multiple times before letting you speak to someone. you wont know who's actually running your case. You'll never hear from whoever your attorney is until they get their 30% of your cash and there's no point calling and asking for an update on your case a month after it should be over because you'll just be wasting your time. When they have you sign the contract saying you can't fire them for anything, they still get paid, that should be your wake up call to go with someone else

We can’t express our amount of gratitude for the assistance we were given through a very rough time after my accident.
