Lack of responsiveness and communication from some attorneys
“Their policy is to Not return phone calls. I was told I didn't need to attend a hearing by one of the staff then they call me and tell me, the day of, that I need to attend. They didn't even know my first name kept calling me Dusty. Unprofessional and I regret hiring them.”

Unsatisfactory service and lack of preparation for cases
“The only time I went to to the office was to sign paperwork so they could get paid if I won my case. I NEVER got to see my lawyer before the hearing. Then two days before my hearing I get a call from a different lawyer they assigned to me without notice. He basically spent five minutes on the phone with me and didn't discuss anything I should expect at the hearing.”
