They have been my attorney for a year after having a on the job accident and suffered back injury requiring surgery.. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would and will recommend this firm highly... Thanks to everyone who worked on my case.

I was injured in a car wreck and regrettably called Jeff Martin. It was a pretty easy case since the other driver was at fault so unfortunately I wasn't too selective on the attorney that I chose and like most of you it was impossible to avoid his promising commercials so there became the worst decision I've ever made in my life! At first things seemed to be going okay and a very nice young gentleman even came to my house to get all of my information. They also set me up with a Pain Management doctor, a Chiropractor, Orthopedic Specialist, and Physical Therapist. Then as things proceeded it became very difficult to get any answers to my questions, but I patiently waited. Once it was time for the deposition I found out my case wasn't even being handled by Jeff Martin nor was it being handled in Tulsa, instead I was told I had to drive back and forth to Muskogee. Keep in mind I had totaled my car and was still without a vehicle, but I managed to arrange a ride to handle everything on my end. Once that was complete another year or so had passed and every time I tried to get in touch with the attorney's office nobody seemed to have a clue about what was going on with my case. I was finally directed to call an attorney in Oklahoma City at which time I was informed my case was now being handle by a completely different attorney in Oklahoma City. By this time 3 YEARS had passed and thousands of dollars had accumulated in lost wages, and medical expenses from all those doctors they sent me to and there was still no resolution to my case. Not once did anybody attempt to call me to update me on the case and most of my attempts went unanswered or I was fed the usual "we're working on it" or "we're waiting on information". Another year or so had passed and I finally gave up calling because I was tired of getting the runaround. It's now been over 6 years since my accident and although my number hasn't changed I've yet to hear anything from Jeff Martin's office so all those medical expenses which have continued to accumulate since my back and right hip were damaged from the car wreck have became my expense. I was able to get reimbursed for my vehicle with NO help from the attorney's office at all instead I spent several hours going back and forth with the insurance companies. Had somebody warned me that my case would be bounced from attorney to attorney and city to city, and years would pass without any progress, I wouldn't have wasted my time calling Jeff Martin. Please save yourself the time and frustration and call a different attorney! This is the worst experience I've ever had!!

They dropped my case before all of the evidence was presented. The fact I have a strong case didn't matter. Once they found out what the police report said they didn't want it even though the police report blatantly lied about what had happened and I have video evidence proving that fact. Find another lawyer to help your case. This was a motorcycle wreck. (report said I was doing wheelies. Video evidence [go pro] proves I wasn't) they won't take your case unless they can make a lot of money and don't have to go to court.

The lady who answers the phone was very rude. She hung up on me twice. The first time as soon as she answered and I called back. As soon as I said my " Hi. My son just got in a wreck" , she said "yeah" and she hung up. Very RUDE.

I was hit a couple years ago. I had to go to Dr. because of neck and back pain. The women who hit me admitted it.The records from police showed she was guilty. After waiting and waiting for 3 mos. Jeff Martin attorney's told me that she had ins. the day befor and the day after but nit that day. The law office dropped the case then. They did not pursue it at all . They did absolutely nothing! I would never use or recommend them again!

Since my accident I have been kind of a pain in the ass to deal with!!! I can't ask for a better firm to help me this far. They have been there all hours morning and night to answer questions and help guide me in the right direction even when I have cursed, cried, been pissed off at the world!!! I understand they don't have the best reviews but at the end of the day I have been 100% satisfied and if need be will hire them again!!! Thank you again Jeff Martin & Associates for all you have done thus far and will do to help me wrap up this case!!! Let me also add that Shawn helped me out in many ways and was very thorough with explaining things and explained things multiple times till I understood what was happening!!! I am very happy with the outcome of my case and all that they did

The WORST I was in a car wreck December 2nd 2014 it is now June of 2015 and I still have not received anything from Jeff Martin everytime I call they tell me the lady handling my case is on the phone and I literally mean every time then I called back today and a gentleman named Sean came on the phone and decided that he wanted to badger me about the money that I am owed I did a little checking myself and it turns out the insurance company took the check out Thursday today is Tuesday it does not take that many days from a piece of mail to come from Kentucky to Oklahoma and then they say it's going to take another 4-6 weeks for them to process. please take my advice and stay far far away from this law firm

He may call himself the heavy hitter, that "works for you" but not truly.. only if you have a huge case to win do they actually care. I will never use this attorney or law office ever again & wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone looking to use them. Do your research on attorneys before hand
