This law firm is a joke.

Worst practice ever, literally just out to make money. The first attorney I had when I first hired this firm was great, then 3 days before a year long anticipated trial I call the office to get information and they inform me that my attorney was no longer worked there, he had been gone for almost a month! They told me I had some other attorney on my case now. He knew nothing of what was going on and looked so unorganized at trial. Needless to say the trial went horrible. They didn’t even have the decency to call/email me to tell me. Because of this unfortunate trial I had to pay child support and when I asked the attorney why, his response was “it’s not that much”. That is not a response I wanted to hear, or even professional in any way! If it wasn’t that much the firm should pay my child support then! Thank God I’m not involved with them anymore, would not recommend!!!

They are very caring and informative. Krystie Harris is awesome, she honestly cares about your case and answered all questions I ask and then informed me of all things related to my case.

After reading the comments i'm 100% worried. I was referred by a co-worker of mine about how great this law firm was. So I jumped on the band wagon and switched representation. They received my payment and kept in contact, but as soon as the set up file, retainer agreement were signed. I literally couldn't get in contact with anyone besides the receptionist. It got to the point I was calling everyday and was promised a call back everyday and wouldn't hear anything. I drove up to Wirth Law Office just to be turned away saying my attorney was in a meeting. The typical excuses they gave me is your attorney is at court, your attorney is in a meeting, etc. I finally got a call from my attorney's paralegal after setting up a meeting with my attorney and all I ever wanted to know was the status on everything and just to be kept informed. After the conversation that was pretty vague as far as whats going on with my case. It's pretty much the same. I'm pretty much in the dark, no communication, and feeling like my case is pushed to the side. Its a pretty hopeless feeling, I don't wish on anyone. If I could do everything all over again I would have chose another law firm.

To say I am dissatisfied with this firm is an understatement. I recently terminated my legal representation with them because nothing had been done with my case in over 3 years. I spoke with them 3 weeks ago and informed them I needed all of my paperwork sent to me and sent a certified letter stating the same. I called 4 days ago, as I had still not received my paperwork and informed them that I had not and that if I had not by Thursday that I would be at the office Friday to get it. Upon my arrival to the office, as I had still not received my paperwork, I politely greeted the secretary and informed her of who I was. I informed her as to the nature of why I was there. She informed me that my lawyer was "not in today", this was the typical response I have received anytime I have called the law office. After restating my reasons and asking if there was anyone else in the office who could retrieve my file, and told there was not, she proceeded to the back and returned shortly with "my attorney's paralegal", who I had never seen before this encounter. She restated that my lawyer was not in and she "did not know where my file was". I provided her with the information that my, now former legal representation, had provided me on the phone 3 weeks prior. She stated she would attempt to look for it but it wouldn't be today. I informed her that I was not leaving until I received my paperwork. At that time she returned to the back stating that she was gonna try and look for it. She returned less than 2 minutes later and stated "I can not find it, maybe your attorney has it with him." For the sake not writing an essay in this review I will end it by saying that I left the law office, still with no paperwork and, based of a previous track record, empty promises of finding it by Monday. I'll believe it when I see it.

Slow service

Worst lawyer ever. No return calls, unreliable and just plain lazy
