If I could give Mr Cale less than one star I would.  I hired him to represent my son at trial in a criminal case.  To say he was unprepared at trial is putting it mildly, even though we had multiple meetings before trial and discussed several things that would be brought up, and how he would respond or defend certain statements or actions.  He rarely objected during the three and half day trial.  When he did speak up, he was grossly inept at expressing his points.  I believe he felt intimidated by the judge and the prosecutors, maybe even the jury. There were mistakes made by Mr Cale before trial (decisions that have to be made during pre-trial) that have negatively impacted my son's appeal.  Mr Cale is out of his league in a courtroom. There were so many times during the trial I thought Mr Cale could have and should have objected.  At one point, even the judge stopped the trial and asked......."Mr Cale, do you have anything you want to say?", obviously the judge felt there was something that could have been objected to at that point, Mr Cale said nothing, so the judge continued with the trial. One particular time when Mr Cale was presenting what was supposed to be the defense (he didn't call any of our witnesses), the DA objected, the judge asked Mr Cale for his response.  Cale stammered for a few seconds and then said something that I couldn't quite make out, but according to the response from the judge, I can only assume that his response was nonsense.  The judge allowed the objection to stand and the evidence was excluded.  Mr Cale should have been prepared for that particular objection, we had specifically talked about the subject before trial and he told us he had good arguments to keep the evidence in.  He was not prepared!! Mr Cale is out of his league in a courtroom.  He may be okay at negotiating a plea, or something like that, but believe me, he is out of his league in a courtroom, and my son is suffering the consequences.

I’ve been hit real hard because of covid... Been laid off sense April and trying to find other work. Witch is virtually impossible. I’m trying to get into the cannibus industry... On a very low budget. Cale has always answered all my questions and has always been their to help. No questions asked.... He is very informative and Knows your rights... If I ever need legal advice... Cale knows the answers. !

Jason handled my divorce case that drug on for 2 years ( due to my ex spouse). He did an excellent job!! Would highly recommend !!!

Mr.Cale is very knowledgeable when it comes to the courts and he makes sure he contacts you every bit of the way. He is very professional when it comes to filing his paper work on time and keeping in conatct with you.However I believe Mr. Cale expertise is in Family Law as well the taking plea deal but not beyond that(meaning trials).When i first met Mr.Cale I specifically told him i wanted to testify and tell my side of the story in my trial.When i get there he says "i dont think u should testify".He changed up on me very quick at trial.Had i known that he would tell my story like it was me then i would of agreed with him.I feel like my trial was rushed and I do not believe Mr.Cale was well enough prepared for my trial.He seemed very lost in things that we had already spoken about before trial.The other party was shocked when it was told before recess that i would testify.So that means that Mr.Cale had no intentions on me testifying.Before recess the judge asked if the attorneys think that they could have everything wrapped up before 5pm.So when it was time for me to testify it was 420pm.So Mr.Cale asked if i was ready and i hesitated but i knew i wanted to do it.He then aked "do u want to rest".I thought REST meaning we were going to continue it to the next day.When the judge started to talk and started reading off the manuscript that when i realized that i was bamboozled into not testifying.I felt betrayed by the man that i payed all this money to.The man i trusted with my life at time of this trial.I wanted to speak and say that i do infact want to testify but i felt like it was too late for anyone to hear my voice.I felt like it was what he wanted all along because he told the day of the trial he doesnt have his clients testify.I feel like he tricked me into not testifying to speed up/rush the process to please the judge and the jury that was becoming restless from being there since early morning.So if you are a client that KNOW for sure u are innocent and u want people to hear your voice.You know that you want to take it to trial.Mr.Cale is not the man to represent you.If you want a Lion/Beast to represent you to the core in trial then Mr.Cale is not the attorney for u. If you are passionate about your case speaking your truth and your innocents find another attorney.I will say Mr.Cale was kind enough to file paperwork with the courts to file my appeal.Im not sure if he did it out of guilt of the outcome or it was in my package.Mr.Cale is kind man but he did not represent me well in court that day.

Mr. Cale personally answered my first phone call to him, on a Friday afternoon nearing 5:00! I had expected to reach a voice messaging system. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised that he immediately spent quite a while answering my many questions regarding the cannabis industry in Oklahoma. I appreciated his sincere help and knowledge on the cannabis industry!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! He helped us get our OMMA license and we feel we found the best man to help us with the job. He answered the phone for me directly each time I called and assisted us through the ENTIRE process. He really goes above and beyond and seems to really care about his clients, their wellbeing and their business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!
