Advanced health care directive, DNR (Do not resuscitate), Power of attorney in various forms i.e. Durable, medical only, or just the plain vanilla. Call and schedule appointment. Take care of your estate before you let the State of Oklahoma make the decisions. If you don't take care of these issues, your estate will be divided according to the law and it might not be as you want it to be. But, if you don't have proper documentation you involve the courts and your family is dealing with enough. Don't let your estate be tied up in court for years. You have to prepare before, not after the fact.
