I was injured in a MVA this year and suffered significant injuries to my head, neck and back..... I called Carr and Carr to assist me with filing a claim. To much disappointment my rear-end collision was the fault of an unknown and uninsured motorist. During my claim process and piling of medical bills it was discovered that there was no liability coverage for uninsured motorist on the vehicle that I was driving. So, needless to say I had a double negative, no liability claim to file on the vehicle that hit me nor the vehicle that I was driving had uninsured motorist coverage. I was the victim of deficiencies by both of the lack thereof of the two vehicles involved. You would never think that it would still be possible to recover any monies in a situation like this. Carr and Carr worked diligently with the all the medical providers and successfully was able to reduce my medical costs in order for me to receive something in my pocket rather than walk away and receive nothing other than the injuries and debt. I am a licensed doctor in good standing in the state of Oklahoma since 1991. Very early in 2016 I badly injured myself in the Sam's Club in Owasso due to gross negligence on the part of managment and design idiocies. I won't go into all of the agonizing details but it destroyed my life for four years and I still have many unresolved health issues from the injury that Sam's club refused to address. I also had to have two surgeries, one on each ankle to try to repair avulsed and shredded tendons. To this day I still can't wear any kind of enclosed shoe due to scar hypersensitivity. It isn't a secret that Wal Mart Corporation doesn't give a damn about lifetime customers who are injured in their stores due to negligence by Wal Mart and refuse to pay for medical items prescribed by physicians. Their disgusting disregard for the people who are injured in their stores always ends up with the injured party spending obscene amounts of money out of pocket for Dr. ordered therapy, hospital co pays, injections, and other medically prescribed adjunctive therapy and devices. In my case I was out of pocket over $20,000 that Wal Mart refused to reimburse me for. And then there is the issue of future lifetime ongoining expenses that Wal Mart certainly wouldn't man up to pay for. The only saving grace in the whole situation was CARR & CARR. BLAKE BEELER was my champion in the legal battle to try to get Wal Mart to do the right thing. My settlement was taking place during the worst of COVID 19 and Carr & Carr valiantly rose up to the challenges of taking care of my case and obtaining the best possible settlement for me. Mr. Beeler went far and above the call of duty for me. I am and will always be grateful to Mr. Beeler and the entire staff of the firm for their professionalism and generosity. Dear Gentlemen, You television commercial denigrating trucking firms is irresponsible and untrue. I was a line-haul manager for a major transportation company and had 8 dispatchers and 125 over-the-road drivers. We worked very diligently to abide by all of the codes and restrictions for each state in which we operated. You depiction of trucking companies would be the same as a commerical denigrating all attorneys. I certain some folks operate lawlessly but not all. Thank you, Greg Weiss
