This company has given me the worst possible service ever. From the lack of communication to the bad attitudes. I do believe I would rather drive head on into a eight 18 wheeler, then deal with them again. Rhett and his assistance have the worst attitude. And my case has went nowhere a year later and I can't get one to take the time to return a phone call. So, unless you want to do the work in your case please shop elsewhere before going to them.

Edit: After my initial review things went very smoothly, and I was updated often. I feel as though they really did go above and beyond to make sure I was well informed. This is my first time going through something like this, and I expected it to take quite a while to resolve (it will be a year in May), but I don't feel very informed. I call once, maybe twice, per month and I keep getting the same response since October. I don't feel like they are really trying to get this resolved since it is a small case. All of my medical bills have been paid, and I'm just trying to get insurance to reimburse.
