All of these firms sent me letters of how they would do this and that. Care & Carr sent me a copy of the police report,didn't charge me for it. I went with them because they spoke to me like they knew me. They didn't use some big lawyer words that I wouldn't understand to try and impress me. They just sat me down said look here.......laid it all out. I signed and they went to work. There was no mistaking that I had made the wrong decision. They were right on point every time. Even when I got frustrated with the bills they reassured me that things were going to be fine. And last week I got the call that things were coming to a head and it certainly did. They were patient with me and that meant a lot to me. There isn't a firm in this area that I would ever call. If u get into a wreck call them. They will make sure u get things straightened out.if I could keep writing,I would.

I call and leave a message and never get a response or a call back...Poor customer service.
