After months of attempting to deal with the insurance company myself I contacted Carr & Carr. I felt the weight lifted off my shoulders and I could focus my energy towards physical and emotional healing. Decent experience. I would definitely go in with an attitude of keeping your side of things organized just in case they don't happen to have it. Especially with medical bills from a car wreck and other things. I kept a catalog in a folder the whole time. I would recommend that to anyone going in for help. I would also recommend to call back if they have not called you in 2 weeks and make sure things are going according to plan. It would also help to arrange a one-on-one meeting 3-4 months in to make sure they have the same bills and expenses as you do. Attorney Wilson White was great to work with. I felt that as long as I respected him, he respected me. In the end he was actually willing to sacrifice some of his income to help me get to a place where I felt comfortable when the insurance company would not step up and do the right thing.

Overall, I had an amazing experience with Carr and Carr. Within a few months after the accident, I was receiving countless calls, emails and texts daily from people concerning my accident. It was not really a matter of trying to avoid all of them, it was a matter of not having time to deal with all of it daily- especially being in pain and not sleeping well for about 6 weeks. It was draining me emotionally and physically and made it very difficult to deal with the regular everyday experiences of living. At that point a coworker of mine mentioned Carr and Carr, and told me how much they helped her with an accident she had been involved with a few years earlier. I called them the same afternoon and from that day on it made a big difference in my life. At that point, I just turned everything over to them and stopped worrying and dealing with the issues related to an auto accident I had been involved in. They were always courteous and promptly returned my calls and emails. I left everything up to them and was able to concentrate on my healing, and just dealing with my everyday living. They took care of every small detail and would always contact me if there were any questions Hopefully I will never have to deal with another experience like this one ever again. If I ever do, I will without hesitation rely once again on Carr and Carr to help me through it. I would recommend them to anyone who has gone through an incident like this through no fault of their own. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my family. David Stacey

The accident that led me to seek out legal advice with Carr & Carr was the worst experience I've been through. It was frightening. Overwhemling. Scary, complicated real life stuff. It was very painful both physically and mentally. They treated me with dignity and respect. They truly had so much compassion for what I was going through. They responded to all of my questions super fast. I will recommend them to anyone in need of legal expertise. They truly rock. I am 100% certain I made the right choice in an attorney. My wife an i were hit by drunk driver, we talk to jack beasely an rhett banfield, an they took on are case, they answerd all of our questions, rhett was slow to answer or return phone calls, an im sure he was busy with other clients, an with other task, an we understood that, jack beasely,what can i say about jack....
