Greg Colpitts is a knowledgeable attorney who is professional, prompt and very client oriented. He has an excellent support staff. I would highly recommend Colpitts law firm.

After 30 years of running my own small independant physician practice , I was personally worth over northwards of just over a million Dollars. My wife (who I would personally NOT have lent money to) used her personal credit Credit and credit cards (thankfully, without my name on them) to borrow over $100k to start and run her own small retail business. COVID put her out of business and left her owing over $100K in credit card debt and SBA loans. I wisely had kept her name OFF my bank accounts and wisely kept my name off her business. But I was still fearful that the credit card compaines and SBA debtors would come after our small estate and savings that I had built up. Colpits Law firm helped get everything completely discharged. It ruined my wife's Credit but saved our retirement and our estate. I could have paid the debt off but I was MAD that these predatory lenders lent all this money to people just before the "Plandemic". And I was made at how high (over 20% in some cases) the credit card interest could go. I called hese lending institutuions PREDATORS and was almost Glad to give my wife $3k that Coplits charged for her bankruptcy, Colpits did what they said.

I found their staff to be professional, engaged, and deeply knowledgeable of the law and related issues. Their approach is straightforward, thorough, and stress-free. I’d highly recommend their firm to anyone.

I'm not sure if they educated me enough on my student loans. They didn't really care.. Updated to respond: Firstly, it changed Nov of 22 and I filed months after that change. Secondly, no need to call because you already said it would be 5000 to re open. So..yeah

I give this firm a 5 star review hands down!! Easy to talk to, always answer or call back, never down me for having so many questions. I feel like they are up front, and if you don’t understand don’t be afraid to ask! Calling them was the best thing I’ve done, it has helped ease my stress tons!! I’m looking forward to the few years we will be working together and recommend them to anyone in a financial bind when you feel there is no way out! Everyone I have personally dealt with has been fabulous!!

Be sure you get the total of all your payments. He tried to cover up his total payments and even went as far as attempting to screenshot out the “return from trustee” line on my bill(swear I barely caught it he seriously removed most of the return) (think it said from trustee lol) but no seriously he will wont care if you have a dollar left and he will steal the last dollar if at all possible. He billed me $9k for less than 3 months of bankruptcy mind you all he had to do os conference calls from his office. I could only imagine the overall cost of chpt13. I will never know bec when you ask they ignore that question, just like he ignores when I ask where a missing unaccounted for $700 went. Firstly he gets a bankruptcy payment that would be unrealistic to anyone. I had 4 weeks of work checks garnished with a total pay of $3.50 total. He does not care if you even have gas to get to work little alone eat does not care at all stg. But hes going to hide his overall costs and was probably half the payment. Dont expect anything unsecured to be dismissed he wont even try. You go with him you better plan on paying everything. After he gets your case dismissed ( and heres where he really shines ) HE WILL STEAL THE MONEY RETURNED! Do not go with this guy he will hang you out to dry and plan on robbing you blind the whole time!from time you walk in door until he worms his way into your checks! In reply to his response, yes he charged $9k in lawyer fees mind you this is for roughly 3 months! THIS GUY CARES ONLY ABOUT MONEY HIS MONEY NOT YOURS. My chpt 13 payment plan was insanely high and i will never know but probably because of his insane fees.THIS GUY IS HARD UP FOR MONEY AND PLANS TO ROBB YOU FROM TIME YOU COME IN DO NOT GO TO THIS CROOK. Bad things happen to good people yea its this money hungry despicable individual. Should be illegal what he does.

Sad to say I had to file bankruptcy but I am blessed to have found Colpitts Law Firm and specifically Lauren Colpitts. Lauren is a wonderful, kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable bankruptcy attorney. She has never made me feel guilty about having to file and had guided me through every step of the way. Her assistant, Carolynn is just a jewel and a most kind lady as well. These ladies eased the pain of losing my footing and I will always mean the world to me. 🙂
