For almost 3 years Parmele has gone through the process of helping me get my disability approved. I know they have worked diligently for me. Anytime I had a question, however simple it was, they were so kind and willing to answer without making me feel silly, like I knew I was. =) With me, patience was probably a struggle, but again, they showed kindness.
