I have mixed reviews for RRB. I will have to comeback when I can write an elaborate review. Generally I like RRB. However I had three different lawyers representing me and when the second left and the third took over my case I was not notified. I found out when I had to ask why my emails were not being responded to. This last change took place just before discovery and mediation. This made it feel as if my case wasn’t priority. I’m in chronic pain and have permanent injuries and I know my case was small compared to others but this is the rest of my life I will be like this and they do get nearly half of my settlement. So this is why i ended up pushing for mediation as i didn’t want to have another change of representation before mediation. I constantly kept up on my bills and communication with them yet somehow one of the bills didn’t get paid even though I kept talking about it. So even though half of the settlement goes to them I am still stuck paying $200 out of my pocket for this bill. (I did inquire about it not being paid a few months after settlement; was told it could take time. 1 1/2yrs later ask again and was told I would need to track down why it wasn’t on the final bill even though I provided the bill several times before mediation. Jan 2021 I emailed and said it looked like I would have to pay out of pocket instead and how I was disappointed since the bill had been sent to them many times. No response). I originally left one law firm for them because I felt the lawyer didn’t take my case seriously and told them that and though RRB are nice and thorough I feel I was not priority or my injuries taken completely seriously. Again it’s a mixed review. If this wasn’t such a big deal for me I would have been 100% happy. But this is for the rest of my life and I felt I had to rush at the end so I didn’t have to get to know a new representative etc. and of course I don’t like confrontation so I just deal with this all. If the case isn’t a life changer for you then go ahead with them otherwise be prepared not to be a priority especially when they have class action suits going on at the same time.

I don't know where to start but Paul Boudreaux and his colleagues are truly amazing, they honestly care about their clients and will fight for you til the end, always being very informative and letting you know what's going on from start to finish, I can't say enough wonderful things about them, I won my medical malpractice case and can finally get back to my life...I highly recommend them!!❤❤❤
