Lack of communication and responsiveness in some cases
“It has now been almost a month, I have made 8 phone calls, getting thru to a receptionist twice and to a message that said the voice mailbox was full the rest of the time. I have sent 3 emails asking the status and the last one explaining I will be leaving town for a couple of weeks and need to get things taken care of in case something happens.”
