I was one of multiple beneficiaries designated to receive an equal share of the proceeds from sale of a residence. Having concerns that the asking price was going to be considerably less than market value, I hired Seth Schwenn to represent me. I am certain that Seth’s involvement resulted in a higher sales price, and thus a larger settlement for me, than would have otherwise happened. I highly recommend Seth.

Planning details for when we pass away so none of our children have to make tough decisions was recently done with Entz Burton and Associates. The process was easy, questions were answered in a way that we could understand and done in a timely manner. As new chapters in our lives happen, we will be back to have them taken care of in the same, caring manner.

The Entz Law Firm is one of the most unethical law firm I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They are incapable of telling the truth, even the attorney's can not keep their lies straight. They even attempt to lie to other attorney's like my attorney. They handle my father's trust so I have been dealing with them for 7 years. I have cancer and live an hour and half from my treatment center at Mercy. My vehicle died and could not get to chemo and asked Amy Lewis, attorney at Entz for money from my trust to get another vehicle so I could get to chemo. Amy Lewis and Michael Entz both coldly and cruelly that they refuse to relinquish any funds from my trust so I could get to chemo. In essence, just told me I could go die. The trust had just received several thousand in oil and gas leases yet they outright lied to me and told me there had been no deposits in the trust to give me any money. Of course I had to hire a real attorney just to pull out money from my own trust so I would suggest if you value your life or want your beneficiaries to be treated well, stay far far away from Entz Law Firm. They are awful, cold blooded and incapable of telling the truth. I see Entz has decided to reply to my post, unfortunately his job was to work for my daddy's trust and am sure no where in the trust does it state that he should lie to beneficiaries, that is not dictated in the trust Mr. Entz. And since I am 1/3rd of daddys trust, you do work for me as counsel for the trust so to say. Ms. Bly is not a client is a little silly Entz Law Firm and get a book for dummies for estate counsels and review it so you can actually comprehend what it means to understand the wording in a trust. My daddy would have been horrified at the treatment by the attorney's at Entz Law towards his daughter and Amy Lewis and Michael Entz did not follow the terms of the trust as DICTATED!

If your going through a stressful time I can't recommend seeing Entz & Associates enough. The staff are very friendly and there isn't anyone else I'd trust with my legal matters!
