Samantha is a treasure. She will teach you how to advocate for yourself in a complicated world of jargon and gatekeeping. You will not regret utilizing her excellent and innovative services. She may seem steep at first. But just compare her to a $10,000 retainer for going to trial…

Samantha is an amazing attorney, from your first consultation she will make you feel like your case is the utmost of importance. She has a large caseload, however she will never make it appear she is too busy to assist you. Typical response time is 1 business day. If she has a court appearance coming up she will let you know ahead of time. I strongly believe you get what you pay for in relation to attorneys, Samantha is not cheap (she will let you know during your consultation) however the professionalism and attention to detail she provides is second to none. I highly recommend Samantha and her paralegal Fiona. Samantha will not over promise and give you her professional opinion. She tries to settle out of court, but if push comes to shove Samantha is who I want in my corner. I will not step foot inside a courtroom for any civil issue without her by my side.

Samantha Malloy is an exceptional attorney. I have worked with her for over 9 years now and I would say that she held the bar high in every way and at every turn. She asked the best of herself and of me the whole time and I am a better person and a better parent because of it. Hard-working, thorough and better prepared by a mile than any other of the attorneys I've seen or worked with in this valley. I can't think of an area that she didn't excel in. And she is not arrogant. She is a true team player that surrounds herself with other exceptional professionals as needed. My kids will likely never know how instrumental she was in the mostly peaceful life they live today. She kept her eye on their health and well-being, and their future, throughout our case. She supported me and also let me know if I wasn't thinking straight. She was never out for her own glorification. I am not kidding and this is not fluff...she is all of the above and more. I am personally grateful for her kind, compassionate and straight-talking support. I don't know how I would have survived the years intact without it. She has had her own suffering in life and she allowed it make her a better person. Samantha told me at the very beginning that her goal was to stay out of the courtroom if possible, for the sake of my family...but that if we needed to go there...bring it on. I was in court with her multiple times and she was always well-prepared, confident and a commanding presence. If you have a chance to have her as your attorney, take it. Oh, and she wins her cases, a lot. I suspect there is a statistic out there somewhere that shows her to be one the most winning attorneys in the valley, if not the state.
