Eugene did not hesitate when asked to help form a local cycling club in the valley. Not only was his legal advise and guidance invaluable, he put his words into action by starting a non profit for the local cycling community. His professionalism, along with the ability to work with the various interests within our group, was a perfect fit for us. There are many lawyers who cycle that we could have called on; it was a unanimous decision to call on Eugene and he did an excellent job for the cyclists of the Rogue Valley.

My husband and I chose Eugene Anderson to represent us in litigation of a difficult and highly emotional matter. Mr. Anderson advised us regarding the procedure and what we would likely experience as well as his fees at our first meeting. Throughout the entire time Mr. Anderson represented us, we found him to be straightforward, honest, highly ethical, compassionate and kind. Mr. Anderson is unusual in my experience of attorneys in that when he says he will have something done by a certain date, he has it done by that date. He does not procrastinate! He was available and compassionate throughout the somewhat lengthy process. His fees were more than fair and I could not recommend him more highly.

Eugene Anderson represented me in a very complex case with multiple attorneys involved. He was by far the most honest, hardworking, compassionate attorney in the courtroom. The case went on for years and Eugene never failed to make me feel supported not only as my attorney, but as my friend. He went above and beyond all my expectations. Mr. Anderson consistently overcharged and underperformed. He had difficulty understanding the real estate/business parts of my case, made no use of favorable new statutes in my favor and mishandled filing pleadings and objections. Eugene was rude and dismissive to my CPA witness and is poor at working with women. He would not discuss any compromise of his inflated billing, choosing to quit my case and sue me instead. I had more success representing myself the last day in court than on any day Mr. Anderson was present.
