Laura Zaro headshot 5 stars I spent months trying to decide if i should file for bankruptcy. I cold called a few lawyers with questions. After nearly giving up on finding a good fit for me, I called Olsen Daines and spoke with Laura. Laura was completely honest from day one, and she was so thorough in walking me through the process. Her staff is incredibly easy to work with, and they are so detailed to make sure you have everything complete, correct, and ready to go. I can honestly say that what seemed to be the hardest choice of my life turned out to be the easiest, worry free process. You could read the reviews of every lawyer in Oregon, but save yourself some time and just call for your free consultation. After meeting with Laura, you'll know there's no one better to represent you.

Doesn't do the work. Rolled over even after the recommendation he wrote stated it would not be in the best interest of the child to relocate. Now less than 24 hours before court decides to e-file his memorandum/ recommendation. It is very clear that he had been biased by the mother and the mother grandparent. Not in anyway doing what is in the best interest of child involved. Doesn't even know how old my child's is, spent less than 30 minutes with her. Speculates and straight lies in his most current recommendation. This so called personalprof is not recommended. O could go on but I'll save it for tomorrow after all is said and done....

I had paid for a consultation with Benjamin Evans I wasn’t in the room for 15 minutes and I walked out he couldn’t of acted like he cared any less and it’s about my child so I take it very seriously The questions he were asking I felt like I didn’t matter in the big scheme of things there were other questions he could have asked I wouldn’t pay Benjamin Evans to be my lawyer if there wasn’t another attorney on the face of the earth

Thank you very much for all the help and respect from Matthew Casper and sherie coila and Wayne Godare ....at frist we had to get use it the money from work check but after that it was easier and easier ever year ...but now we just finish and happy thank you again....

Ben is a nice enough person but a sole practitioner with too many cases who does not listen to your concerns, rolls over for the opposing party's attorney and bungles your case. He made some critical errors but my new attorney thankfully fixed them almost immediately, he's not accessible and takes days to respond. He squandered my entire retainer by nickel and diming me on every interaction when I had to repeat myself and ask questions more than once because he wasn't paying attention, or asking me for evidence he had no intention of using. He refused to call witnesses stating they weren't strong, when my new attorney with a much higher profile law firm disagreed (and so did I, this goes back to Ben not listening and making critical errors). If you don't have a cut and dry custody case, seek representation elsewhere.
