Charles is a very good attorney. He is very ambitious. I am very happy with his work. He followed up my case and keep me posted the status of my case. He listened to my story and helped me get the guardianship of my mental illness son faster then normal time. I would highly recommend him. He is friendly and a good person. Charles Edelson is the best attorney!!! He helped me at a very emotional time in my life. Gaining guardianship for my mother was something that I didn't want to do, but knew that I had to do!!! Mr. Edelson's flat, fixed price was also very helpful for me financially. He took the time to explain the process, handled all of the paperwork, and even met me at a convenient place which made it easier on me. I consulted with Charles regarding an unexpected issue almost two years after an estate was settled. This involved a real estate sale; after reviewing the facts of the case he provided several useful insights and suggestions, but also let me know that, since this case was specifically regarding real estate law (not probate or guardianship) it was not his primary focus. So he sent me contact information for several attorneys who specialized in that area. Although I am sure he spent at least a few hours on this, he insisted that no payment was due.
