The clerk Adam I think was his name. He was very polite and helpful. This made my visit quick and pleasant.

Brian was an excellent guide through the trying Chapter 13 bankruptcy process. I had many extenuating circumstances during my case, pet emergencies, car breakdowns, and inheritance issues. Through them all Brian provided excellent guidance and intervened with the Trustee for my case and managed to get my schedule adjusted to meet these unforeseen demands. He was always very prompt in his correspondence and answers to my questions. I would very highly recommend him to guide anyone through the bankruptcy process.

McCord got involved with a probate case, I was the listing realtor for. His responses to email communications was accusatory and he made assumptions that were unfounded. His work on the case involved some interesting communications too, that I am assuming are shady, but I don't have all the information on so can't review accurately. My involvement with attorneys has been very limited - thankfully. The unprofessional and maybe shady practices I've been subjected to with McCord makes me feel weary and feel shocked that some folks are allowed to practice law. Can't imagine working with an attorney that even hints at inappropriate practices. I would strongly recommend seeking a different attorney over these folks!

Peter Deuel is the most ethical and conscientious attorney. He is very honest, upright and diligent. Superb communication skills and excellent legal knowledge. Immensely trustworthy. Highly recommend. He is also kind with a deep knowledge concerning human psychology and dynamics.
