I have had the very great misfortune of dealing with this firm, and they have cost me a lot of money, and more importantly their incompetence has cost me a lot of time with my children. When I say they have cost me a lot of money, I'm not just talking about legal fees (though they definitely wasted a lot of my money there as well); I'm talking about oversights and mistakes that ended up costing me close to $100,000. At the end of the day, money is just money, but these people who were supposed to be helping me also cost me hundreds, if not thousands, of hours with my children. My attorney claimed, in his own words, to be an excellent litigator, and when it came time to litigate, he did very little. He asked no questions. He did not present evidence which I had provided him. He dismissed constant perjury from the other side as "no big deal". It ended up feeling like he was working against me, not for me. So when I went to fire him, the firm pulled a "you can't fire me, I quit". Incredibly unprofessional and unethical. Stay far away from these people. They won't help you or your family, they just want to extract as much money from you as possible.

I am happy to make a strong recommendation in regards to Joel Kent. Certainly Mssr Kent and his firm are known as winners and it stems from his ability to simplify, distill and crystallize issues for the client and court. This results in saving time money and aggravation even in dealing with the most difficult ex spouse or unethical opposing attorney His associate Mr. Schroeder is also excellent in his attention to detail as well as offering trust services that can bring all of your needs under one roof. Their patience calm and focus make the difference

Ken Goodin is very professional and efficient. He handled my case in half the time I was expecting. He and his staff are always available for questions and answers!

Sean is the best. I go to him for all my legal advice. He explains things well, helps me with paperwork, and is really good about making sure I get what I want.

Both Kyle and his assistant have been difficult to reach, at best. I pay for advice which also appears to change depending on his whim of the day. I paid for advice A for what would happen should X come true. X came true, and his advice A changed to B contingent on Y happening. Y happened, and now his advice has changed to C. I had already expressed my dissatisfaction about him being hard to reach, and last time he asked me for additional information based on responses from the other party. When I sent him the information, I still got no response. I feel like I"m constantly ghosted. I'm not sure what I'm paying for, but it's clear I'm not getting my moneys worth. I've paid almost $2,000 for getting yanked around.

They never return the other parties calls and then over charge their client for it. This firm has been super unprofessional to deal with. Had pre trial for court in March both parties came to an agreement were told papers were being drafted and still nothing and it is MAY!!! I am so over this firm and their lack of professionalism or ability to even return a simple phone call. I would not suggest going here unless you want to be broke and screwed over

Ken Goodin was very patient with me, especially when he had to repeat to me several times that what was fair isn't always what happens. Ken was considerate and did his homework. I recommend him.

This is a very expensive law firm. They only want your money.. They don’t care if they help their clients or not.
