Lack of communication and responsiveness
“She couldn't take the time to explain the process or answer my questions at any time during the almost two year process. The only time she actually talked with me was to sign the engagement. I wasn't worth spending the time of day on for anything, so she constantly kicked me down to the paralegal on the case.”

Billing and administrative issues
“After multiple issues, he once the filings were complete and distribution checks ready to cut, they sent them all out on incorrect check stock and I had to notify them for correction. Which they never explained the process or the fees, the kept extra at the end to cover everything and then still send me bills.”
