I would recommend using Kevin Carolan highly. I hired Kevin Carolan in February 2016. Kevin worked very hard for me and in the end reached a settlement that I was pleased with. My case was a difficult case and I was so impressed during depositions and with all the work he put in to getting my case resolved. I am very happy that Kevin Carolan agreed to take my case.

I felt that Mr. Kevin Carolan was a very good attorney. He was very professional and was always so calm. I know Mr. Carolan was always available when it was urgent to speak with him and he would return my phone calls for any questions I had. I felt he was very patient with me as I had to make payments to him over a period of several years and very patient with me when I was a basket case because I was very traumatized at the time. Mr. Carolan would explain things to me as many times as he needed for me to understand what ever something meant etc. I have had attorneys and a judge that I reported to the state bar because they just dragged my case out and made personal comments about me to other attorneys. I believe Mr. Carolan did his best with what he had to go up against in my case. I also feel that beside his professional job he does as a attorney he is a kind and caring person.

I hired Kevin about six months ago to help me with a case and he has been great! He is very transparent when detailing what and why he is charging me and is always very diligent when reporting anything to myself. I have used Kevin Carolan's legal services for my business over the last the 2 years. He helped me with trademarking my business name and logo, and then protecting the integrity of the trademark when someone else was in danger of infringing on it. I have since called him and utilized his services for trouble shooting various other legal issues involved in growing a business. Mr. Carolan is always prompt, professional, and communicates clearly to help me take the best course of action. I highly recommend him to others for professional legal services.

Mr Carolan did an excellent job setting up a trust for my wife and I. We had a deadline because we wanted the will and trust as well as powers of attorney completed prior to a trip we were taking. The trip was just a couple of weeks away. Mr Carolan completed our work well before the deadline. He charged a reasonable rate and was quite personable.

I found myself in the very unfortunate circumstance of renting to a criminal tenant who violated the lease and squatted in a rental house that I owned. Kevin readily accepted my case, clearly presented me with all of the options and guided the process of getting through the situation in an efficient manner. I definitely hope to stay out of legal battles in the future, but would call Kevin immediately if the necessity arose.

As unfortunate as my situation was, i'm happy that I had Mr. Carolan as my lawyer. I usually try my best to avoid lawyers, but sometimes you really do need 'em. He kept me up to date on the proceedings and replied to me via email or phone within a reasonable time frame. His advice sounded reasonable and in the end he was able to get the case against me thrown out. All in all i'm happy with the outcome and Mr. Carolan was well worth the money.

The Legal Civil Suite Case brought against Me was filed by a former Sister-In-Law With charges of Defamation and Slander and Damages to Head Stone Marker-Grave. Kevin Carolan was paid by myself as his new client the defendant in these charges against me. I found KEVIN CAROLAN PC by contacting the on-line State Bar Association for Oregon . The Case points of Defamation and Slander were easily dismissed during the first deposition With the plaintiff’s own witness failing to show me as her guilty man. Head Stone Marker Grave damages lingered . It was clear that I the Defendant had paid $ 4.500.00 to the original funeral bill interment for my deceased brother in order for him to be buried at all back in 2002. By this time I have already paid out some $ 8,000.00 to KEVIN CAROLAN PC , and I hear myself being told to either give out an additional $ 20 ,000.00 to go into actual court or do Medication for around $ 350.00 . KEVIN CAROLAN PC , persuaded Me his Client to move forward into Mediation , This with out ever Fact-finding and Researching Legal Rights to the Head Stone Marker and Grave ? KEVIN CAROLAN PC , Had been asked over a dozens times by myself to be sure and know whom owns these items legally ? He Never made any inquires at all as it turns out to be the truth. I was put through 7 to 8 long grueling hours of Un Necessary Mediation Time and Costs and how I had suffered Physically ( to find out later it was 2 Heart Attacks ) from all this Un Necessary Stress. I had been pressured Basically forced to agree to signing of three (3) Documents for the Plaintiff’s side in order for this farce Mediation to end legally . KEVIN CAROLAN PC Failed Me his Client by the Not Doing What was required of Him to fact find and research as he was paid to do so by Me the Client . He let me go into Mediation Unnecessarily thus Causing Me his Client Financially and Physically . This is why I need for you the reader to understand just what you get when you choose to hire this one ATTORNEY KEVIN CAROLAN PC. Save yourself this indignation , cost , worry, etc..

Stay away, took a large amount of money from me, did not return calls, received letters from opposing party and did not tell me, talked with opposing party and did not tell me. I asked for my money back - no reply. VERY BAD, STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE HIM EVER!
