In August 2014, I was hit by a vehicle near Bend, while on a bicycle trip around the world. I used Arne Cherkoss as my lawyer to represent me and also worked with Cheri Russom. The case was settled in December 2015 thanks to the hard work of both. During the negotiations of a settlement, Arne would present the latest offer to me and also provide a recommendation as to whether I should accept, leaving it as my decision. He worked hard, continuing to present counter-offers after receiving my input. He would continue to fight for relatively small amounts despite the increasing marginal cost to him. Both Arne and Cheri were professional in their communications and very diligent in their work. I had complete faith in what they were doing and was very satisfied with both. If Arne and Cheri are representative of the other staff, I would highly recommend Dwyer Williams Potter to anyone.

Everyone at one time or another experiences an accident due to the negligence of others. No one should suffer either physically or financially due to these events.
