Tim Williams and his staff at Dwyer Williams Cherkoss are absolutely incredible! I am an out of state attorney (and Oregon Duck) who needed to find an Oregon personal injury attorney to represent a client in a substantial drunk driver vehicle collision in Jackson County. I was incredibly fortunate to find Mr. Williams. He is more hard working, detail-oriented, and results-focused than I could have reasonably hoped! And if that wasn't enough, he also happens to be a kind and considerate gentleman as well. There are not enough words to say how awesome Arne and Amanda are!!! They are compassionate, diligent, professional, just to name a few of their thankful traits! After my daughter suffered a horrific accident with a driver with no PPI we were devastated to think she might have to file bankruptcy knowing all the thousands of dollars in medical bills she would be faced with. Arne told us to not worry, they would do everything possible to make sure that doesn't happen, as well, would ensure there would be something for her to help with loss time, future medical needs, etc. I wasn't sure how that should happen, but it did! They turned over every stone and provided a settlement to her, just as they said they would! I could go on and on! Don't think twice if you need their help. Oh my Lord. I cannot even speak more fondly of Tim Williams. I was left no choice but to seek out an attorney, per the advice of two doctors. Despite the physical pain I was in I must admit, the bruised ego was perhaps just as tender. This was an ordeal I was dreading. Seeking an attorney. Where to begin. My first consultation was with Tim Williams and Mr. Dwyer. When I left their office I knew I was at the right place with the right men. For nearly 2 years to the date I dealt with Tim on a regular basis. Knowing my ego was going to be ripped apart as all of my medical records were going to be released, I wanted to crawl under a rock, there were times I was riddled with anxiety at the thought alone. Needless to say I never once felt uncomfortable. Tim was so compassionate. So nice, never making me feel insecure or awkward. His kindness during such a difficult time in my life was most definitely something to be desired. Words cannot even describe the respect, gratitude, and mostly the appreciation I have for Tim.
