When I decided to sell my rental house, Paul helped me get a difficult renter out who was playing games with me. Paul found a way to recover my property for me even with the covid 19 moratorium in effect. He is a very sharp attorney who listens to his clients and finds ways to help even when it seems all is lost.

Estate planning, to me, was a necessary effort for the benefit of myself and my loved ones and an assurance that the fruit of lifelong efforts will not wind up in the morass of probate and that my personal decisions will be honored. With a chunk of change and two short visits to his office I have peace of mind and a go to guy for advise. This process is worthy and incumbent upon all thoughtful people.
