I would not give any stars, if that was a choice. Mr. Smith was extremely condescending, rude and obnoxious. He would not listen to what I had to say and was not interested at all in my situation. I typically do not post reviews, but feel this is important. I have never been treated so poorly in a professional setting. update: We both clearly know what happened, so no further response is needed. My conscience is clear.

Gal at front desk was unpleasant. Tyler was helpful, but we left feeling as if we should have gone to someone else. He seems to lack enthusiasm and wasn't much for personality.

Mr. McNichols took the time to meet with my partner and myself to discuss the estate of my mother-in-law who died suddenly and without a will. He provided us with sound advice on how to move forward with her debt collectors and closing her estate. He was very personable. The hour of his time that he gave us helped calm my partner and my's nerves about the process and gave us a path forward. I would highly recommend his services if you are in need of legal assistance.

Mike had drawn up my mothers will so I mistakenly thought he was a good source counsel for her estate planning. He always seemed rushed and not up to speed on her file so that our interactions we're always rehashing the last appointment all over again. Hindsight's 20/20 but he failed to offer quality advice regarding power of attorney with my mothers bank account while she was still alive, costing us $24K after her passing. I'm no expert on estate planning but apparently neither is he, I would recommend anyone look elsewhere for those service, I wish I had.

I love how his wife treat us.

Mr. Smith is a snake in the grass. He and his associates refuse to take calls and resolve matters in a respectful, professional way. They do no due diligence or fact checking but they will take your money and believe anything that comes out of your mouth. They represent the lowest of the low which says everything about them as human beings.

Very unhappy with the service. At the rate paid, I expected professionalism. Well what I got was just disorganized across a very lengthy time frame. Letters addressed to incorrect recipients and being billed for phone calls made from other people in which I have no control over. Definitely will not be returning for any more business. Definitely do not recommend.

My appointment was with Mr. Aieloo; he was kind and honest. I really appreciate his time meeting with me. Thank you.

I am NOT rating his legal acumen. We needed help with an illegal eviction. We got a referral from the Oregon Bar. Tyler does not handle evictions, he said, so I can't fathom why he'd personally take the referral appointment instead of assigning one of his team who actually does handle evictions. Side note, I'd prefer if the Bar could refer non-theistic attorneys. I'll have a very hard time trusting your judgement if you believe in a Magical Sky Daddy. For those wondering, he doesn't do contingency. While my son's damages may not have redress under Tenant law...they do under other precepts. Tyler valued his case at under 2K. What the landlady and her son, (who was not her agent but acted as her spy) did to my son was beyond the pale. The distress they inflicted caused a massive PTSD meltdown. I don't know how, but we WILL make them pay.
